Comcast's Spyware Scan is an application, powered by CA, that provides customers with spyware detection, cleaning, and quarantining capabilities.  Comcast Spyware Scan allows you to schedule scans or to run a spyware scan at any time in a effort to help you protect your computer.  

Spyware is computer software that is installed on a user's computer without the knowledge or consent of the user.  Spyware is used to take control of the user's interaction with the computer.
