Personal Web Pages and Online File Storage share the same storage space to save web pages and uploaded files. As a result of the storage space sharing, the Personal Web Pages service must be activated before Online File Storage can be used.
You only need to activate Personal Web Pages once, and when they have been activated, you can begin uploading files to your Online File Storage.
