In an effort to improve our customers' experience, Comcast has been reviewing some user accounts and sending email messages that direct customers to an Account Reconciliation link on the Customer Central Help page. This is a legitimate and accurate email from Comcast.
If you did receive the email: "Important Comcast Notification" or "Urgent Comcast Notification - pending account suspension" please do the following:
- Go to Customer Central
- Click the Help tab at the top of the page
- Find the resources area in the lower right section of the page
- Click Account Reconciliation and follow the directions
