Learn how to set up, access, and manage your voicemail.

Set up voicemail

  1. The first time you call into voicemail, you'll need to call from your home phone.
  2. Dial *99 or enter your home phone number.
  3. Follow the recorded prompts to create a password and record a personalized greeting.

Access voicemail

From home:
  1. Dial *99 or dial your home phone number.
  2. Enter your password when prompted.
Remotely:
  1. Dial your home phone number.
  2. Press the pound key (#) when your personal greeting starts.
  3. Enter your password when prompted.
Online:
  1. Login at Comcast.net.
  2. Use your XFINITY Internet user name and password, or your 10-digit phone number and voicemail password.

Manage voicemail

Use these keys from the main menu:

To: Press:
Review a new message 1
Replay message 4
Access message envelope 5
Forward message to an XFINITY Voice subscriber 6
Delete the message 7
Reply to message from an XFINITY Voice subscriber 8
Save message 9
Hear more options 0
Fast-forward to end of message 33
Delete message while playing 77
Mark message unheard 91
Skip message #
Cancel message playback and return to previous menu *
Record a message and send it to another XFINITY Voice subscriber 2
Administrative options Press 4, then 2
General options Press 4, then 1
To skip your password when listening to messages from home Press 4, then 5
To manage your greetings Press 4, then 3
To go back to the Main Menu Press 4, then *
Disconnect *
