Getting Started

Create or register a Comcast ID - it's simple and should take you no longer than five minutes to complete.

You can create up to six additonal user names (email addresses or Comcast IDs) associated with your account.

Get Comcast Alerts even when you're away from home. In order to receive text alerts, you'll need to register your mobile device in Customer Central.

Need to reschedule a service appointment with Comcast? Not sure when your appointment is and need to confirm? No problem - we can help.

Comcast Alerts are as easy to stop as they are to set up.
