Support Billing Pay Your Bill Using Your Mobile Device

Introduction

There are two ways to use your mobile device to view and pay your Comcast bill online.

Using the Comcast.com/m website

  1. Open the browser on your mobile device and type in www.comcast.com/m.
  2. Scroll down and tap My Account.
    The My Account option is selected on a Comcast mobile screen
     
  3. Tap Pay My Bill.
    The pay my bill option is selected on the upper My Account screen
     
  4. Enter your XFINITY username or email address and password and tap SIGN IN to bring up your account.
  5. View your Account Summary and scroll down to Make a One-Time Payment then choose a payment method and tap Next.

  6. Provide your billing details and the amount you wish to pay and tap Next.
  7. Review your payment information and tap the blue Submit button.

Using the XFINITY Connect app

  1. Sign in to the XFINITY Connect app and tap the Settings icon in the top left corner.
  2. Under My Account tap View & Pay My Bill.
  3. Enter your XFINITY username or email address and password and tap SIGN IN to bring up your account.

  4. Tap Make One-Time Payment to pay your bill.
    The make one-time payment option is selected on the lower Account Details screen
     
  5. Choose your payment method.
    Payment method options are displayed on the Account Details screen
  6. Provide your billing details and the amount you wish to pay and tap Next.
    Fields for credit card information and billing address are displayed on the Account Details screen

    Note: You will also be asked for the three-digit Card Verification Value (CVV) that appears on the back of your credit card. (The CVV on American Express-branded cards is four digits and appears on the front.)
     
  7. Review your payment information and tap Submit to make your one-time payment.
    A summary of payment details is displayed on the Account Details screen
