Make a One-Time Payment Using Your Computer

You can pay your Comcast bill online with your credit card or checking or savings account.

When setting up a one-time payment, keep in mind that credit card payments and checking account deductions can take up to 2 days to process and post to your account. Also note that if you want to get ahead of your bill, you can always pay more than the amount due. Any extra you pay will go towards your next bill.

To set up a one-time payment online:

  1. Sign in to My Account.
  2. Click the Pay early button or click the Pay now link at the top of the page.

  3. Choose to Pay total balance due, Pay past due balance, or Pay in advance. Then click the Continue button.

  4. Choose to have your payment deducted from your bank account or pay with your credit or debit card and enter your billing information. Then click the Continue button.
    Enter credit card, debit card, or bank account information and click Continue at lower right.
  5. Review your payment and click the Confirm button to process your payment.
    This displays a screen asking you to Review your payment. The amount of money to be charged is to left of the screen and credit card details are to the right. In the bottom right corner there is the Confirm button.
  6. You will receive a confirmation that your payment has been submitted. You can print the confirmation or click the I’m done button.
    This displays the confirmation screen. At the top of the screen it reads: "Thank you! Your payment has been submitted." There is a note at the bottom of the screen that states: "It may take up to 1 business day for us to process this payment."
