Support Billing Set up Automatic Payments Using a Mobile Device

Introduction

Make paying the bills a little easier – set up automatic monthly payments for your Comcast bill right on your smartphone or tablet and never worry about missing a bill again!

Set up Automatic Payments

  1. Log into My Account and select Billing and Payments > Payment Preferences > Set Up Automatic Payments.

  2. Select your payment preference and tap Continue. (Available payment options vary by market.)
    Screen offers options to pay with credit or debit card, checking or savings account.
     
  3. Enter your payment information and tap Continue. You must accept the Automatic Payment Terms & Conditions before proceeding.

    Note: You will also be asked for the three-digit Card Verification Value (CVV) that appears on the back of your credit card. (The CVV on American Express-branded cards has four digits and appears on the front.)
     
  4. You will be asked to verify your payment settings before the process is complete. Tap Submit if all information is correct.

  5. A confirmation screen will be displayed.

    Note: You can change or stop your automatic payment settings at any time by logging into My Account and selecting Billing & Payments > Manage Payment Preferences.
