You have to complete the sign in process only once from each computer, tablet or other mobile device on which you plan to watch online. Once you've signed in from each computer, tablet or other mobile device, you won't have to sign in again for the duration of the 2014 Winter Olympics.
I am an XFINITY TV subscriber but I don't think I have a Comcast ID. How can I get one?
All XFINITY TV customers are able to sign up for a Comcast ID and password. It’s included with your XFINITY TV subscription. To create a Comcast ID, you will need the last four digits of your Social Security number, birthday and phone number to verify your account.
Live streaming the 2014 Winter Olympics is a benefit of your XFINITY TV subscription and requires Comcast customers to use their Comcast ID and password to access the Games. The Comcast ID and password also unlocks the features available to XFINITY TV customers on the XFINITY TV Go site
and at xfinity.com/NBCOlympics
and on NBC’s Olympics properties, NBCOlympics.com and the NBC Sports Live Extra app.
How long will I stay signed in at www.NBCOlympics.com?

Will I miss my local news if I start watching NBC’s Olympics primetime broadcast on Instant On Demand?
No. We are making your local news available on Instant On Demand following the primetime broadcast. However, you will not be able to go to On Demand and watch your local news as a separate show. It will only be offered following the full primetime broadcast.
What is Instant On Demand?
With Instant On Demand, XFINITY TV on the X1 Platform customers in select markets will be able to access NBC’s primetime broadcast of the Sochi Winter Games immediately after it starts via XFINITY On Demand. This new feature allows viewers to restart the show via XFINITY On Demand and watch from the beginning if they missed the regularly-scheduled start. It will remain available to start watching until the program concludes. If a customer has already started watching the program, he may continue watching until the end of the program but will no longer be able to find the program in the On Demand menu.
In what markets is Instant On Demand available?
For the Sochi Games, Instant On Demand will be available in the select markets (Philadelphia, New York, Atlantic City, Boston, Providence and Portland, Maine).
Can all customers in those markets use Instant On Demand?
XFINITY TV on the X1 Platform customers with X1 DVR will be able to use Instant On Demand.
Why is Instant On Demand only available in select markets?
As we typically do with new technologies, we first want to trial it in a handful of markets before making it widely available. We feel the Olympics Games are the perfect venue to continue to test this type of technology.
What is a Temporary Viewing Pass?

Do I need to pay to access this online coverage? Is there a fee?
No. There is no additional charge; access to this content is included in your XFINITY TV subscription if your service includes CNBC and MSNBC or subscribe to a MultiLatino package. If you watch content from a mobile device, standard data charges apply. See your wireless carrier for details.
Why am I seeing an XFINITY error message when I sign in to xfinity.com/NBCOlympics?
Some users may see one of the following errors after sign in: "Access to this content requires an XFINITY TV subscription" or "This network is not included in your current XFINITY TV subscription". These errors typically indicate that you do not have an XFINITY TV subscription that includes CNBC or MSNBC or subscribe to a MultiLatino package. You can upgrade your service now. If you believe you have received either of these messages in error, please contact us.
Why don’t I see the Olympics when I try to watch NBC Sports Network, MSNBC, CNBC or USA Network on the XFINITY TV Go website or the XFINITY TV Go app?
Live streaming of the Olympics is not available on XFINITY TV Go (xfinity.com/tv) or the XFINITY TV Go app. Visit NBCOlympics.com to watch the Games live on your computer or the NBC Sports Live Extra app to watch from your mobile device.
I am having problems accessing or viewing a video on NBCOlympics.com. Where can I find FAQs?
