Use either the XFINITY Connect app or the XFINITY TV Remote app

DVR Manager is available in the latest version of the XFINITY Connect app and the XFINITY TV Remote app. The XFINITY Connect app can be downloaded from the iTunes App Store for Apple devices (recommended operating system 4.0 or higher) or via Google Play for Android devices (recommended operating system 1.5 or higher).

The XFINITY TV Remote app is available from the iTunes App Store for Apple devices and via Google Play at this time. If you already have the XFINITY Connect app or the XFINITY TV Remote app on your device, you can get an update (which includes DVR Manager) from the App Store or Google Play.
