How to enable XfinityTV.com parental codes

Parental controls also can be set for XFINITY TV online video services. To enable parental controls, you need to:

1. Sign in to Comcast Customer Central.
2. Select the Users & Settings tab.
3. Select Edit next to Parental Controls.
4. Create a 4-digit Parental Control PIN (one time only).
5. Set viewing restrictions for TV Ratings, Movie Ratings and Networks.

The primary account holder will need to log in to Customer Central to access parental controls. A parental control PIN is required to enable, disable or edit restrictions.

Retrieve forgotten or lost online parental control PIN

1. Sign in to Comcast Customer Central.
2. Select the Users & Settings tab.
3. Select Edit next to Parental Controls.
4. Select Forgot your Pin?
5. Your parental control PIN will be emailed to your primary account email address.
