Support XFINITY TV X1: Cancel a Recording

Introduction

Follow these steps to cancel a program set to be recorded on the XFINITY on the X1 Entertainment Operating System.

Cancel a Recording

  1. Select Saved from the Main Menu.
    Main Menu displays with prompt to seletc Saved option.
     
  2. Choose Scheduled.
    Scheduled recordings display
     
  3. Select a scheduled recording to cancel.
    List of recordings display with option to select the title you wish to cancel
     
  4. Select Cancel and your scheduled recording will not record as scheduled.
    Your chosen title displays with option to click Cancel to stop the recording.

    Note: You may also use the D button on your remove to cancel a scheduled recording.
