Support XFINITY TV X1: Delete a Recording

Introduction

Follow these steps to delete a recording from your XFINITY on the X1 Entertainment Operating System recordings list.

Delete a Recording

  1. Select Saved from the Main Menu.
    Main Menu displays across lower screen with prompt to select Saved
     
  2. Choose Recordings to display a list of recordings.
    Saved Menu displays across the upper screen with prompt to select Recordings.
     
  3. Select the program to be deleted and press OK.
    Your list of saved recordings display.
     
  4. Select Delete and press OK.
    Option to delete your selected recording is highlighted at lower left of screen.
     
  5. Highlight Delete Now and press OK to delete the recording.
    Delete Recording window displays with "Delete Now" selected at lower left.
     
  6. You may also use the D button on your remote to delete a single program or a folder of programs.
