Learn how to view XFINITY On Demand content, view local TV listings and manage your DVR using XFINITY TV Go.

  • Video Card: 32 MB minimum (128 MB recommended)
  • Browser: Internet Explorer 8 (or newer), Firefox 24 (or newer), Safari 5.1.1 (or newer), Google Chrome 31 (or newer)
  • Screen Resolution: 800 x 600 minimum (1280 x 1024 recommended)
  • Broadband Internet connection
  • Adobe Flash Player version 14.0.0.145 or higher
  • Javascript and cookies need to be enabled

Mac OS X

  • Processor: Intel Core™ Duo 1.83GHz or faster processor
  • Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 or newer

To change Safari from 64-bit to 32-bit mode:
  1. Open Finder.
  2. Navigate to the Applications folder.
  3. Select Safari and then right-click.
  4. Click Get Info.
    • Alternatively, use Ctrl+click to click Get Info, or click the File menu, or enter CMD+I.
  5. Select the Open in 32-bit mode check box.
  6. Click Close to close the Safari Info window.

Incompatible Equipment

XFINITY TV Go is only supported on Mac and PC computers at this time. Although iPhone, iPad, Android, Linux and other devices may access XFINITY TV Go, they are not supported platforms and not all features/functions are guaranteed to work, including but not restricted to video playback. For mobile access, please download one of the XFINITY TV apps at http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/apps.
