What You'll Get

An in-home TouchScreen Controller, door and window sensors, a wireless keypad, and a motion detector is included in all packages to give you instant access to the next generation of home security. XFINITY Home connects to a UL-listed central monitoring station through a broadband connection with cellular backup to ensure when power is lost, you and your family are still safe.

You'll need to have the following information available during your installation:

  1. Account holder must be present at installation with access to primary Comcast ID account to complete installation.
  2. Names and phone numbers of the individuals who should be contacted in case of an emergency. 

Maintenance and Warranty Information

  • You can purchase a monthly warranty for a low monthly price. The monthly plan covers any service charges or hardware repairs that may arise during the life of your alarm system.

Note: XFINITY Home - Secure services require subscription to high-speed Internet service. We recommend a minimum broadband speed of 750 kbps upload/download.
