How to Get Started with an iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch

  1. Access the App Store from your iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad and search for XFINITY Home.
  2. You will be given 2 options; select the app that applies to your given location:
    • Houston, TX only: XFINITY Home Security (for customers in Houston, TX that ordered prior to 11/16/11), or
    • All other areas: XFINITY Home
  3. Click Install.
  4. Once the app is installed, click the app icon and sign in using your Comcast ID and password.

  • XFINITY Home subscription
  • Comcast ID and password
  • iOS (7 or later)
  • Devices:
    • iPhone (4, or higher)
    • iPad (2 or Air)
    • iPad Mini
    • iPod Touch (5th Gen)

How to Get Started with Android Mobile Devices

  1. Access the Google Play from your Android device and search for XFINITY Home.
  2. Click Install.
  3. Once the app is installed, click the app icon and sign in using your Comcast ID and password.
