Find out how to view and change your central station pass-code (secret word) using the customer portal.
Note: This FAQ is for all XFINITY Home customers. However, if you live in the Houston, Texas area and you purchased XFINITY Home prior to November 16, 2011, please click here.
- From the Home Security portal, select Emergency Dispatch Setup from the drop-down list under the Security tab.
- Click UNLOCK TO VIEW/EDIT.
- Enter your master keypad code and click OK to continue. Click CANCEL to exit.
- You'll see your current central station pass-code (secret word). To make changes, click in the box and enter your new central station pass-code. Click SAVE to store. Click CANCEL to exit without saving.
