Introduction

Set the amount of time you have to enter and exit your home with your XFINITY Home System.

Note: This FAQ is for customers in the Houston, Texas area that purchased XFINITY Home prior to 11/16/11. If you are a customer outside of the Houston, Texas area or purchased XFINITY Home after 11/16/11, please click here.

To set up your entry and exit delay from the Control Panel:

  1. Press Enter.
  2. Arrow down to System programming and press Enter.
  3. Enter Access code and press Enter.
  4. Arrow down to Timers and press Enter.
  5. Arrow down to Entry delay and press Enter.
  6. Select the setting you want.
  7. Press Enter to save the setting.
