How to troubleshoot when there is no display or poor display on the TouchScreen

No Display or Poor Display on TouchScreen

Option 1:

Check that the TouchScreen is plugged into a working power outlet. If it is running on battery backup, the display will be powered off to conserve battery life.

Option 2:

Remove the TouchScreen from the power outlet and plug back in.
