Please note, EasyChange powered by ShuttleCloud includes support for, but not necessarily limited to, contacts migration from providers including: Gmail, Verizon, AT&T, and Comcast residential (account to account).

Why do my Gmail and Comcast accounts have different message counts?
Your Gmail account counts conversations, which are groupings of messages, while your new Comcast email account counts individual messages. If you notice that particular messages have not transferred, please submit this information via an escalation from the EasyChange portal, so that we can investigate it. To submit an escalation via the EasyChange portal, please go to www.comcast.net/easychange and click Support, which can be found on the right-hand side of the page.
Why is the size of my source email account different from my Comcast email account?
Different email systems store different information in addition to the actual message data. The system transfers only email data and some providers are more efficient at storing such data. Therefore, it’s possible that your Comcast email account is smaller than the old one.
Were messages deleted from my old account?
The transfer system doesn’t modify the old email account in any way. Modifications made to your source email account during the transfer will be reflected on your Comcast email account. If messages were deleted on the source email account while the transfer processed, they may not be available on your Comcast account. If you can find one or more specific missing messages, please submit this information via an escalation from the EasyChange portal with as much information about the messages, so that they can be identified. To submit an escalation via the EasyChange portal, please go to www.comcast.net/easychange and click Support, which can be found on the right-hand side of the page.
