Introduction

This information applies to customers in Tucson, AZ only.

If I exceed my data usage allowance, when will I get billed?

In order for customers to get accustomed to the new data usage management plan, we will be offering customers 3 courtesy passes. This means you will not be billed for the first three times you exceed your monthly allowance during a 12 month period. Should you exceed the monthly allowance again after the three courtesy passes are used, you will automatically be allocated incremental blocks of 50 GB for $10 each as you use them.
