This information applies only to customers in Huntsville and Mobile, AL; Atlanta; Augusta and Savannah, GA; Central Kentucky; Maine; Jackson, MS; Knoxville and Memphis, TN; and Charleston, SC who are not enrolled in the Flexible-Data Option. Yes. Emails will be sent to your primary Comcast user email address and you will see in-browser notifications when you reach 90% and 100% of your monthly 300 GB data usage plan limit. You can also elect to receive notifications at 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, 110%, and 125% of your usage.

You will also receive an automated phone call from Comcast the second month you reach 100% of your data usage.

You can also elect to receive mobile text notification when you near or exceed your usage plan. In Users & Preferences, select Text next to Data Usage Notification. You will receive an email once you have enrolled.
