Resolving Internet and PC Issues
EasySolve uses the optimization scan to determine if your Internet experience is ideal and if not, it can help you to fix or solve your issues.
EasySolve ensures that you always receive the best possible service that Comcast provides. If, for any reason, you are not receiving the best Internet experience, simply run the optimization scan and let EasySolve determine if you have any issues.
Minimum System Requirements
In order for EasySolve to provide the best possible customer experience, there are a set of minimum system requirements that must be met.
- Windows XP, Vista or Windows 7
- 266 megahertz or greater
- 125 megabytes of free space on the C drive
- 64 megabytes of RAM
If you do not meet these system requirements, EasySolve will detect and advise you that your PC does not meet the minimum requirements.
Note: EasySolve is not available for Macs.
