Support XFINITY Internet Once enrolled, how do I opt out?


This information only applies to Economy Plus customers in Huntsville and Mobile, AL; Atlanta, Augusta and Savannah, GA; Central Kentucky; Maine; Jackson, MS; Knoxville and Memphis, TN; and Charleston, SC.

To opt out of the Flexible-Data Option, log into the Usage Meter Details page as the primary or self-managed secondary account holder. Once logged in:

  1. Click on the Edit Enroll link
  2. Click on Opt out to the Flexible-Data Option
  3. Click Save
Please note that the Flexible-Data Option will be removed from your account the month after the request is made and you will once again be enrolled in the 300 GB monthly data plan, without the Flexible-Data Option.
