Support XFINITY Internet How do I know what level of XFINITY service I subscribe to?

Introduction

You can find out what package you currently have by checking your billing statement or going to My Account.

Check Using Your Online Billing Statement

  1. Go to My Account.
  2. Sign in with your Comcast ID and password.
  3. Click on the Billing & Payments tab in the banner across the top.

  4. Click View or print full bill. (You may have to scroll down to find the link.)

  5. Your package information is listed on page 2 of your billing statement. For assistance with reading your billing statement, see Understanding Your Bill.

Check Using My Services

  1. Go to My Account.
  2. Sign in with your Comcast ID and password.
  3. Click on the My Services tab in the banner across the top.

  4. Click Upgrade. If you do not have an XFINITY TV package, choose the Upgrade link under XFINITY Internet or XFINITY Voice.

  5. A new page opens.  Click See full billing details on the new page.
    The "See full billing details" link appears below the current monthly charge on the new page that launches after clicking "Upgrade."
     
  6. Your package information displays in the Your Billing Details window.
    The Your Billing Details screen shows charges, package information, and total monthly service fees.
