Support XFINITY Internet How do I know what level of XFINITY service I subscribe to?

Introduction

You can find out what package you currently have by checking your billing statement or going to My Account.

Check Using Your Online Billing Statement

  1. Go to My Account.
  2. Click on the Billing & Payments tab in the banner across the top.

  3. Click View or print full bill. (You may have to scroll down to find the link.)

  4. Your package information is listed on page 2 of your billing statement.  For assistance with reading your billing statement, see Understanding Your Bill.
     

Check Using My Services

  1. Go to My Account.
  2. Click on the My Services tab in the banner across the top.

  3. Click Upgrade.  If you do not have an XFINITY TV package, choose the Upgrade link under XFINITY Internet or XFINITY Voice.

  4. Click View Your Current Services.
