Support XFINITY Internet Change your XFINITY Internet settings from My Account

Introduction

Set up your email to fit your needs - spam filtering, email forwarding, auto reply and other controls are available in My Account.

To change your XFINITY Connect settings:

  1. Sign in to My Account.
  2. Click on Users & Preferences.
  3. Click the Email Settings link (located below the list of usernames in your account).
  4. Click On to activate each setting and provide any information requested.
  5. Click the yellow Save button after each setting you change.
Please note: Only primary users can change advanced email settings.
