Support XFINITY Internet Manage Your Voicemail and Call Features in XFINITY Connect

Introduction

The Preferences tab allows you to manage your XFINITY Voice preferences directly from XFINITY Connect.

To make changes to your voicemail preferences, click the Preferences tab at the top of the XFINITY Connect page.
Voice is selected from the options featured on the XFINITY Connect Preferences tab

General features available to edit under Voice preferences include the following:

  • Readable Voicemail Notifications
  • Call Forwarding
  • Voicemail Ring Count
  • Call Blocking
  • Check Voicemail Options

Voicemail features available to edit (select Voice and then Edit next to the Checking Voicemail menu item) include the following:
Features available on the Voice Preferences screen are displayed

  • Voicemail Playback
  • Voicemail Notification Prompts
  • Voicemail PIN
  • Voicemail Passcode
  • Voicemail Language Options
