Support XFINITY Internet Share Your XFINITY Connect Calendar with Others

Introduction

You can share your XFINITY Connect calendar with any of your contacts and still control what they can see or do in your calendar.

To share your calendar:


Step 1:

From the Calendar window, click Manage Calendars.

Step 2:

Manage Calendars Window - Prompt to Share this calendar Link  

Click the Share this calendar link next to the calendar you want to share.

Step 3:

In the permissions window, select contacts from your address book or type in new people to share your calendar with.

Step 4:

Choose the permission level for your contacts: See all events details, See only Free/Busy (hide details), or View and edit all details. You can change the permission level or take away permission to view your calendar by clicking the X next to their name, which will delete them from the list.

Step 5:

Add Contact to Share Calendar with window displays.  

Click Add, then Save. You’ll receive an email confirmation.
