It's quick and easy to sign in, then get to the content you want.
Sign in at Customer Central
You can sign in to your XFINITY Internet account at Customer Central. Just click the Sign in button or click the Users & Settings tab. You’ll need to enter your username and password.
Looking up your user name
If you can't remember your user name, use our lookup tool. You’ll need to enter your account number or last 4 digits of your Social Security Number. You’ll also need to provide the phone number associated with your account.
