Support XFINITY Internet Display Pictures in the Photo Gallery

Introduction

Showcase your favorite pictures of friends and family.

For images to appear in the Photo Gallery:

Pictures must be uploaded through the File Manager.

  • Pictures uploaded using File Transfer Protocol (FTP) are not recognized by the Photo Gallery. To resolve this issue, download and re-upload your pictures using File Manager.

Pictures must be marked as Public.

  • To do so, go to File Manager and click on the file name of the picture.
