Upgrade your modem

If you want to enjoy our fastest Internet speeds, including Ultra and Extreme 50 service, then a DOCSIS 3.0 modem is required. You can lease a DOCSIS 3.0 modem from us, buy an approved modem at a retail outlet near you, or check to see if your existing modem is approved on our DOCSIS Devices list.
