Support XFINITY Internet Differences Between XFINITY Connect and XFINITY Connect Lite

Introduction

Find out what you can do in the Lite and Full versions of XFINITY Connect.

What is XFINITY Connect?

XFINITY Connect is a full-featured way to check email, voicemail, your Universal Address Book, and your calendar from one place. XFINITY Connect Lite is an alternative available for users who have an older browser or operating system on their computer and are unable to upgrade. We recommend you use the Full version of XFINITY Connect wherever possible in order to get the best experience.

The Differences Between Full and Lite Versions

You can perform many of the same tasks in the Lite version as in the Full version; however, the following features are not currently supported in the Lite version:

  • Right-clicking on items to produce menus.
  • Drag and drop functionality.
  • Mouse-over help functions.
  • Information about the size of particular folders.
  • The ability to hide the ad on the right side of the window.
