Support XFINITY Voice Using Advanced Call Forwarding

Introduction

Never miss a phone call. Forward all incoming calls to multiple phone numbers with Advanced Call Forwarding. Designate calls to go directly to your single voicemail box providing readable voicemail.

How to change your Advanced Call Forwarding settings

  1. Go to XFINITY Connect.
  2. Select the Preferences tab.
  3. Click Voice.
  4. Click Edit Advanced Call Forwarding.
  5. View your existing Advanced Call Forwarding set up.
  6. Add new phone numbers to your Advanced Call Forwarding List.
  7. If required you can change the number of rings before the call is diverted to voicemail.
Advanced Call Forwarding options are displayed.

Note: You may forward calls to a maximum of five phone numbers – your home phone number plus four others, or your home phone number, plus your Voice2go phone number and three others. Voice2go is not required for advanced call forwarding.
