How to change your Advanced Call Forwarding settings

  1. Go to XFINITY Connect.
  2. Select the Preferences tab.
  3. Click Voice.
  4. Click Edit Advanced Call Forwarding.
  5. View your existing Advanced Call Forwarding set up.
  6. Add new phone numbers to your Advanced Call Forwarding List.
  7. If required you can change the number of rings before the call is diverted to voicemail.
