Introduction

The XFINITY™® Connect Mobile app let's calling with Caller ID push notifications.

How it works

To use XFINITY® Mobile Caller ID you can set up Push Notifications for Caller ID in the XFINITY Connect Mobile app settings (currently only available on Apple devices).

  • In the settings, tap on notifications.
  • Under notifications, slide the button to turn the notifications on.
    • Once you turn the notifications on, a screen will come up that will give you the option of which notification you want to turn on. Slide the button to on for the notification you would like to turn on.
    • Here you will also have the option of turning the sounds on/off for each individual notification or all notifications.
