Support XFINITY Voice Get Caller ID for Your Home Computer

Introduction

Get your home phone calls on the go with the Caller ID on PC app, which lets you see who is calling your home phone anytime you’re signed in to your account.

Requirements

You can install Caller ID on your home computer if you have both XFINITY Internet and XFINITY Voice services. Once you have downloaded the application, click on the Caller ID icon on your desktop and sign in using your primary or secondary user name and password. To enable access for a secondary account, the primary user must grant secondary users access to voice features through My Account. Please see Grant Secondary Users Access to XFINITY Voice, Online Statements, and XFINITY Home Controls for step-by-step instructions.

  • 2.33GHz or faster x86-compatible processor or Intel® Atom™ 1.6GHz or faster processor for netbooks
  • Microsoft® Windows® XP Home, Professional, or Tablet PC Edition with Service Pack 3; Windows Server® 2003; Windows Server® 2008; Windows Vista® Home Premium, Business, Ultimate, or Enterprise (including 64-bit editions) with Service Pack 2; or Windows 7
  • 512MB of RAM (1GB recommended)
