Introduction

A backup battery will ensure your phone service remains available to you for up to eight hours in the event of an electrical outage. Backup batteries are available for purchase by calling 1-888-972-1261.


Unlimited Select Customers:
Backup batteries are not available for purchase from Comcast by Unlimited Select customers.

Get a New Battery

If you would like to order a battery or replace a depleted battery, please call us at 1-888-972-1261. A new battery may be purchased for $35.00 plus taxes and a $5.95 shipping fee. The new battery will be sent to you and arrive in about 7-10 business days.

Note: If your device is equipped with two battery slots, only one battery is needed in order to receive up to eight hours of backup power.
