Support XFINITY Voice Purchase a Battery for Your XFINITY Voice Phone Modem

Introduction

A backup battery will ensure your phone service remains available to you for up to eight hours in the event of an electrical outage. Please see the below section to order your backup battery today.

Unlimited Select and Local Select Customers (Virginia and West Virginia only):
Backup batteries are not available for purchase from Comcast by Unlimited Select customers or Local Select customers.

Get a New Battery

A new battery may be purchased for $35.00 plus taxes and a $5.95 shipping fee. Existing customers are eligible to purchase a new battery, which will be sent to your Comcast service address and will arrive in about 7–10 business days. Note: If your device is equipped with two battery slots, only one battery is needed in order to receive up to eight hours of backup power.
