If you have both XFINITY Voice and XFINITY® Internet services, you can check your voicemail using XFINITY® Connect.  To access XFINITY Connect follow the steps below:

  1. Go to www.xfinity.com.
  2. Select the Email icon.
  3. Enter your Primary Comcast User ID and password.
  4. Manage your choices from the Preferences tab.

If you have only XFINITY Voice:

  1. Go to www.xfinity.com.
  2. Select the Voice icon.
  3. Log in to the Digital Voice Center using your XFINITY Voice telephone number and current voicemail passcode.
  4. Set your choices under the Preferences tab.
