If you have both XFINITY Voice and XFINITY® Internet services, you can check your voicemail using XFINITY® Connect. To access XFINITY Connect follow the steps below:
- Go to www.xfinity.com.
- Select the Email icon.
- Enter your Primary Comcast User ID and password.
- Manage your choices from the Preferences tab.
If you have only XFINITY Voice:
- Go to www.xfinity.com.
- Select the Voice icon.
- Log in to the Digital Voice Center using your XFINITY Voice telephone number and current voicemail passcode.
- Set your choices under the Preferences tab.
