Some XFINITY Voice features can be turned on or off based on your preferences. Take a moment now to familiarize yourself with your XFINITY Voice features and save time in the long run.

Check Voicemail

You can check your voicemail using XFINITY Connect. To access XFINITY Connect follow the steps below:

  1. Go to www.xfinity.com.
  2. Select the Voice & Text icon.
  3. Sign in using your Primary Comcast ID and password, or your XFINITY Voice telephone number and Voicemail password.
  4. Click the Preferences tab and choose the Voice option to manage your voicemail.

Activate Call Forwarding

To activate Call Forwarding online:

  1. Go to www.xfinity.com.
  2. Select the Voice & Text icon.
  3. Sign in using your Primary Comcast ID and password, or your XFINITY Voice telephone number and Voicemail password.
  4. Click the Preferences tab and choose the Voice option.
  5. Click the Edit option next to Call Forwarding and Rings.
    • To enable Call Forwarding:
      • Click the Enable call forwarding and forward all my calls to: radio button.  
      • In the pop-up box that appears, enter the number that calls will be forwarded to.
      • Click the Enable button.
    • To disable Call Forwarding, click the Disable call forwarding radio button.
    • To enable Selective Call Forwarding:
      • Click the Enable link
      • Fill in the pop-up box with the telephone number that will be forwarded, and click Add.  Repeat for additional numbers.
      • Fill in the telephone number that it will be forwarded to, and click Enable.
      • When finished, click the Enable button.
      • To remove a number from the Selective Call Forwarding list, click the X icon next to the number.
      • To change the number calls are forwarded to, click the pencil icon and edit the number.
    • To turn off Selective Call Forwarding, click Disable Selective Call Forwarding.

Screen Calls

To activate Call Screening online:

  1. Go to www.xfinity.com.
  2. Select the Voice & Text icon.
  3. Sign in using your Primary Comcast ID and password, or your XFINITY Voice telephone number and Voicemail password.
  4. Your call logs appear on the Voice tab.
  5. Click the check-box next to any number you wish to add to Call Screening.
  6. Click the Screen Calls button, and click OK when the warning message appears.
  7. To deactivate call screening, follow the instructions below to un-block a number.

Anonymous Call Rejection

To activate Anonymous Call Rejection online:

  1. Go to www.xfinity.com.
  2. Select the Voice & Text icon.
  3. Sign in using your Primary Comcast ID and password, or your XFINITY Voice telephone number and Voicemail password.
  4. Click the Preferences tab and choose the Voice option.
  5. Click the Edit option next to Call Blocking.
    • To block all anonymous calls, check the Block all anonymous calls box.  Un-check the box to disable this feature.
    • To block up to 12 specific numbers, enter the first phone number to be blocked in the Enter phone number box and click Add.   Repeat to add additional numbers.
    • To un-block a number, click the X icon next to the number.  Click OK when the confirmation box appears.
