Support XFINITY Voice XFINITY Voice Features: Anonymous Call Rejection

Let only the people you know get through.

Anonymous Call Rejection automatically rejects calls from numbers with Caller ID blocked. Callers who block the display of their name and number will hear an automated recording that you’re not accepting blocked calls. The message instructs them to un-block their Caller ID and dial you again.

Here's How to Use Anonymous Call Rejection From Your Home Phone

To activate Anonymous Call Rejection:

  1. Lift the receiver and listen for the dial tone.
  2. Press *77 and listen for a confirmation tone that the feature has been activated.

To deactivate Anonymous Call Rejection:
  1. Lift the receiver and listen for the dial tone.
  2. Press *87 and listen for a confirmation tone that the feature has been canceled.

Here's How to Use Anonymous Call Rejection Online

If you have both XFINITY Voice and XFINITY Internet

  1. Access XFINITY Connect.
  2. Select the Email icon.
  3. Enter your primary Comcast ID and password.
  4. Go to the Preferences tab
  5. Select the Voice icon.
  6. Select Call Manager.
  7. Select Call Screening.
  8. For Anonymous Call Rejection, click the appropriate box.
  9. Click Save.

If you have only XFINITY Voice

  1. Access XFINITY Connect.
  2. Select the Voice & Text icon.
  3. Sign in using your XFINITY Voice telephone number and voicemail password.
  4. You will see a message about XFINITY Connect.
    • Click Register to register your Comcast ID. This will allow you to access your voice account through XFINITY Connect.
    • If you do not click Register, you will be redirected to the registration page automatically.
  5. Go to the Preferences tab.
  6. Select Call Manager.
  7. Select Call Screening.
  8. For Anonymous Call Rejection, click the appropriate box.
  9. Click Save.
