Introduction

When you set up automatic online payments for your Comcast bill, you always have the option of changing or stopping them. Find out how.

Before you get started, remember only users with permission to view or pay bills can make, change or stop payments online.

Stop your automatic payments:

  1. Sign in to My Account.
  2. Click Bill & Payments.
  3. At the top of the page, look for Automatic payment | Manage and click Manage.
  4. In the new window, click Stop my automatic payments.
  5. To confirm, click Yes, stop my payments.
  6. Click I'm done to finish.
Please note that it may take up to 3 days for your payments to stop processing

Change the payment method for your automatic bill pay

Please note: When you change your payment method for automatic payments, we have to stop the old payment method and start a new process for the new payment method. Your payments will not start again until your application is approved, which can take up to 45 days.

  1. Sign in to My Account.
  2. Click Bill & Payments.
  3. At the top of the page, look for Automatic payment | Manage and click Manage.
  4. In the new window, click Change payment info.
  5. Choose your payment method and enter the required information. Click Continue.
  6. Review your payment information and click Confirm new settings.
  7. A confirmation will appear so you know the payment was processed. Note any processing time for the payment.
  8. Depending on your selections, you may have further options on the page. You can also print the page for your records.
  9. To finish, click I'm done.
