Receive updates and notifications on your handheld device.

How it works

The XFINITY Connect app notifies you when you have new email messages, voice mail messages or reminders.

To receive notifications

If you have an iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad:

  • Make sure the General Settings on your smart device are set to ON for Notifications.
  • Make sure XFINITY Connect app Settings are set to ON for Sound, Badge and Notifications.
  • The XFINITY Connect app Settings has a section dedicated to Notifications.
    • In Settings, select Notifications to see all of your options.
    • Configure the notifications you want by switching them ON or OFF.
    • If you want to change your settings, select Update in the top, right-hand corner.


If you have an Android:

  • In Settings, select Notifications to see all of your options.
  • Configure the notifications your want by switching them ON or OFF.
  • You can also set the Notification sound to be played for each type of Notification.
