Support XFINITY Apps Change your channel lineup in the XFINITY TV Remote App

Introduction

At any time, you can change your channel lineup from Settings using these steps.

If you're using an Android:

  1. Press Menu on your device.
  2. Select Settings from the menu displayed.
  3. Select the Channel Lineup option. You will see the zip code and channel lineup currently selected.
  4. To change, enter a new zip code and view the list of lineups applicable for your area.
  5. Select a lineup to view the channels included in that lineup.
  6. Match your channels from your TV with the list you see on the app.
  7. Choose the lineup by tapping Select this channel lineup or press back on your smart phone to view channels for another lineup.

If you're using an Apple device:

  1. Select Settings.
  2. Select the Channel Lineup option. You will see the zip code and channel lineup currently selected.
  3. To change, enter a new zip code and view the list of lineups applicable for your area.
  4. Select a lineup to view the channels included in that lineup.
  5. Match your channels from your TV with the list you see on the app.
  6. Choose the line up by selecting Select this channel lineup or press back on your device to view channels for another lineup.
